Through my own Kundalini awakening, I've witnessed how energy healing can release emotional pain beyond words - bringing clarity, inner alignment, and the potential for deep transformation.
Out of trauma

Deeply rooted in nature. Father of two girls. The seeds of my spiritual journey were planted in my twenties when I discovered meditation. But the real work began when I hit a rock bottom in my thirties as a result of growing up in an alcoholic home. This led me to 12 step recovery which ultimately transformed the entire trajectory of my life.

I know now that suffering has been my soul's greatest teacher, and that there is spiritual gold hidden within all of life's greatest challenges.

I have come to learn that we all have the freewill to choose our own perspective on our lives and on the circumstances we find ourselves in on a daily basis. However if we feel stuck and at a low ebb, it is a huge hurdle to see any other perspective than struggle and pain.

Energy Healing

For many years I've returned to silent Buddhist meditation retreats sitting with my own suffering and cravings, turning inward to face my shadow and trauma with a heart of compassion and light.

Through deep Shamanic practice, I've had the honour of experiencing a Kundalini awakening - a powerful opening of the primordial energy that lives within us all. It left me with no doubt about the profound power of energy healing, and its ability to guide us out of despair and back to inner alignment.

It is when we come together to heal with energy that true magic can unfold. In my healing work I offer what has been passed down to me by my teachers. My approach is intuitive and grounded — I meet you exactly where you are, and call in your soul team to help guide and support your healing journey.
